So I've been quite busy lately, boo.

Started working about two weeks ago and so far I love it! I work for a "Preferred Provider Network" which is basically a company that contracts doctors and healthcare professionals so that they get more referrals to their practice, etc and in return we give our clients (the insurance companies) a discounted rate, which in turn is passed on to the patient. At least, that's it in a nutshell. Tomorrow we're going over the nomination and credentialing process which is the last of the training, and after a few days of shadowing the people I'll be working with I am so happy I got this job. It's SO easy and it looks like I'll be able to move into another department after a few months (offline work, woo-hoo!)

Not only that the company itself is amazing. I think the best thing is the catered in lunch once a month and the coffee. Oh my god, the coffee. They have those Keurig k-cup brewers and I've never drank more coffee than I have in the past two weeks.

This weekend is my birthday and my friends are coming into town. Then in a few weeks my boyfriend and I are taking a little weekend trip to Door County to celebrate and have some alone time away from the house. Definitely looking forward to that. Door County is so beautiful in the summer!!

It's been a while. We still don't have internet, but should have it all ready in a few months. So here's a quick little update of what's happened in the passing months.

† We moved our bedroom to the upstairs loft. I love it up there, however... one morning I went upstairs to grab something and fell from the very top, all the way to the bottom of the stairs I ended up cutting my finger open pretty badly, and as I was washing it out in the kitchen sink, I blacked out right and woke up on the kitchen floor. Went to the ER and had blood tests, a pregnancy test (couldn't say I knew for sure that I wasn't) and an EKG done. The only thing we came up with was that since my blood pressure is naturally a bit lower than the "standard" level, the adrenaline rush caused such a huge spike in blood pressure, that when it dropped I just went black. No major injuries, just very bruised and sore.

† Starting my own garden!! I have zucchini and cantaloupe seeds and will be adding red and fingerling potatoes, swiss chard, romaine lettuce, spinach, carrots, cucumber, radish, broccoli, asparagus and a whole bunch of other yummy veggies. I will also have herbs like sage, rosemary and lavender to grow as well. I want to do onions and garlic but I can't plant them til fall - which is fine because I have to wait to plant my tulip bulbs then too. I wish I could have a chicken and goat for eggs and milk but for now it's strictly veggies.

† Going Pescetarian. I don't eat a whole lot of red meat or poultry anyways!! Mostly just going to focus on growing my own food and from farmers markets. My boyfriend goes fishing in the good waters here, too. As long as I can stay organic and local - I'm happy.

Since the boyfriend and I are moving into our new house on Monday and, because of other reasons I have to put my journal on a brief hiatus. My hope is to have internet hooked up by the end of the month, but I can't guarantee that as I will have a few other priorities coming first.

My plan is to go to places with wifi on occasion, when I can. I hope I don't lose anyone on my FL due to this, however I understand if it happens. In the meantime, if anyone wants to add me of Facebook, pm me. My tumblr is here.

Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I got to see saintsmarching at Grandma's house. (We're going to get together for New Years Eve, which I am totally excited for!) And then later in the evening met up with Wayne and for a little while got stuck right in middle of Packer traffic!! Pretty pumped that we're more than likely going to the Super Bowl.

Right now I am super wide awake & freezing to death. I tried crawling back into bed and warming up but that didn't work either!! My brain is going a mile a minute... So for now I want to write down my new years resolutions. I can't believe 2012 is just around the corner!!

† Keep up my workout routine and tone up. (So proud of myself this year!)
† Move in with Wayne.
† Take some form of Dance class this Summer.
† Go camping (But in one of those nice RV's. NO TENT!!)
† Go on a romantical vacation with Wayne.
† See my girlfriends more often.
† Go bike riding and rollerblading.
† BLOG MORE!!
† Put together my metal vinyl collection.
† Get a Trans AM/Firebird.

I don't have any major goals because this year I did well and was the happiest I've been in a while. A lot of that goes towards having such an amazing support system. I have the best family, girlfriends and a super supportive boyfriend. My life has never been more full of love. I'm glad I took the chances I did this year!
